Except paneer, mix rest of the ingredients.... Now add the paneer pieces, make sure all pieces r covered up wid spices. Either u can put in a skewer n grill OR Roast on a tava using lil oil... Roast all the sides Tikkas r ready(u can serve tikkas wid mint chutney n lemon wedges)
For the Gravy ****************** 1 big onion(finely chopped) 1/2 tsp jeera powder 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 tsp chilly powder 1/2 tsp kasoori methi powder 2 tbsp tomato puree 1/4 tsp haldi powder Salt 1 tbsp oil Fresh coriander Ginger(sliced to juliens) for garnish
Heat oil add onions n fry until light brown Add all dry spice powders n tomato puree Cook for a while n add water n if required, also add salt Bring to a boil n then add paneer tikkas n mix gently (U can add diary cream to thicken the gravy( opt) Usually paneer tikka masala gravy is thick gravy) Garnish with fresh coriander n ginger juliens Serve hot
