Ingredients 2 cup cooked rice 1tsp coconut oil ... 1tsp mustard seeds 3-4 dried red chillies Few curry leaves 1 cup grated coconut( fresh) 2tsp coconut milk Salt to taste
Method Heat coconut oil, add mustard seeds.... When crackles.... Add curry leaves n dried red chillies Add half of the grated coconut n heat in low flame... Until it gives out aroma...then add in cooked rice, coconut milk n salt... Mix well.. Cover n heat in a low flame.... Turn off the heat n mix in remaining grated coconut... Serve hot.
