King-fish/pomfret Tava fry or Grilled




This is a unique marination... Very lightly applied over fish n roasted on tava......

500gm fish(any 1 of the mentioned above)
...
Grind to a fine paste-
1tbsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4tsp haldi
1/2 tsp jeera seeds
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
1 small onion(chop)
2-3 garlic pods
1/2" ginger
1tsp rice flour(for crispy)( opt)
4 curry leaves
Salt
Add required water n grind.

1.Clean fish... Apply salt n sprinkle little chilly powder n keep aside for 15 min.

2. Marinate fish with above paste n keep preferably refrigerated for 1 hr.

3. Roast on a griddle using oil.. on both sides OR grill.

4. Serve with onion rings, tomato rings n lemon wedges.

Note: remember to adjust salt as salt is already applied to fish once.
