PALAK/SPINACH CHAPATI




2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp ghee
salt
... 1/2 tsp crushed ajwain(opt)

oil
1 bunch spinach
3 green chillies
small ginger piece

pressure cook together.....spinach, sliced green chillies, ginger n salt for 1 whistle. cool n grind to paste.
knead the dough wid this paste by adding wheat flour,ghee n ajwain. adjust salt.
roll chapatis by adding oil n roast on both sides OR roast as we make phulka.
