Bittergourd... Song
3 small bitter gourds(deseeded n sliced thin)
11/2 tsp chilli powder
1 big tomato
... 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
1/4 tsp methi seeds
1 big onion (slice)
Jaggery(small piece)
Salt
Fresh coriander (finely chop)
1 tbsp oil
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Add methi seeds n saute till it gives out aroma.
Add onion n saute till transparent.
Add chilli powder n stir.
Add tomato, jaggery,salt, tamarind pulp n bitter gourd.
Mix well..... Sprinkle lil water if it is too dry.
Close the lid n cook till one whistle on high flame.
Transfer all the curry to another container n add fresh coriander n cook until water evapotates...
Serve as side dish.
