1/3 cup apple cider vinegar(non-alcoholic) 1 teaspoon curry powder, or to taste ... 1 cinnamon stick Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and place over medium heat.
Cover and cook, stirring frequently, until apples are tender but not
falling apart, 12 to 15 minutes. Discard cinnamon stick. Serve warm,
room temperature or chilled.
