Chicken tangri



4 chicken leg pieces

For Marinating:
...
1/2 cup yoghurt
1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
2 tsp green chilly paste
1/4 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp chilly powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt

Mix all ingredients of marinating n apply to chicken. Refrigerate for 3 hrs.
Pressure cook marinated chicken (need not add water) in high flame for 1 whistle n turn off heat.
Heat oil/ butter in a pan and roast chicken pieces... Keep turning until brown... Add lime juice n mix the chicken pieces well.. Serve hot with onion rings n mint- yoghurt dip.
