Garlic dal



  •  Section A

    1/2 cup tovar dal (washed)
    ... Abt 1 1/2 cup water
    6 garlic pods(crushed light)
    1/2 tsp jeera seeds
    1/4 tsp haldi powder
    3 green chillies(sliced)

    Tempering
    **************
    Section B

    1tsp butter
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp jeera seeds
    1/4 tsp udad dal
    3-4 dried red chillies (cut each to 3 pieces)
    8-10 curry leaves

    Pressure cook altogether items in section A....Add salt to taste... Churn well.
    Temper orderly with items in Section B
    Serve hot with riceSee More
