Bean sprouts n tofu hot salad



 3 cups bean sprouts
1 slab pressed tofu
1/4 cup boiled mixed vegetable cubes(carrots, green peas, corn kernnels)
... 1 green birds eye chilly (or 1/4 part of a green capsicum)
1 red birds eye chilly(or 1/4 part of a red capsicum)
1/4 part of a cucumber(peeled n cut to small cubes)
3 stalks spring onion(seperate green from the base n seperately chop both)
2 pinch of cumin powder
1/4 tsp ginger- garlic paste
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
Oil

Brush oil on both sides of tofu n roast in a pan until golden. Cut length wise n keep
Heat oil in a pan... Let it heat until it gives out smoke.... Keep all the ingredients nearby.
Put ginger- garlic paste n saute... It will turn brown quickly.. add the mixed vegetables, birds eye chilly, spring onion base, salt , sugar n jeera powder n saute twice...
Immediately add bean sprouts, cucumber,roasted tofu n spring onion greens. Mix n remove from fire. Serve immediately. Do not reheat.
