Aloo Gobi n peas dry sabzi



3 big potatoes(peel n cut to cubes)
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup fresh green peas( opt)
...
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
Pinch hing powder
1/2 tsp jeera seeds
1/4tsp haldi powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp jeera powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 med tomato(cut to cubes)
1/2 cup fresh coriander
2-3 green chilli (sliced)
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste

Heat oil, add mustard seeds n jeera seeds . Wen mustard crackles, put a pinch of hing powder.
Add potatoes n 1/2 cup water.
Cover n cook until almost done.
Then add all spice powders n salt. Also add cauliflower florets n fresh green peas.
Mix well cover n cook again until cauliflower is cooked.Garnish with green chillies, tomatoes, fresh coriander n lemon juice.
Serve hot with roti or chapati
